Make ahead for Mother's Day

Forget flowers!  How impressed and proud would your Momma be if you walked in with one of these for her on Mother's Day!!

This Rice Ball Cake is a great make ahead meal that can be baked fresh on Mother's Day with incredibly beautiful results.  Many of you have been asking about prep or make ahead meals.  This is one of my favorite ones. Give it a try, I'm certain you will be pleased.
