Pasta Fritta

What do you do with leftover pasta? Make "Fried Pasta" of course. Sauteing leftover pasta in a skillet with a little olive oil creates a crunchy crust on your pasta you'll go nuts over. Its quick and easy and oh so tasty. In my mind, you could fry a kitchen sponge and it would be pretty tasty, but pasta? It's heavenly!

You'll need:

Any left over pasta... Pasta with Tomato Sauce, Pasta with Pesto (like in the picture), etc.
A couple teaspoons of olive oil

In a skillet, heat olive oil, just enough to coat the bottom of your pan.
Add a even layer of pasta and do not mix. Allow the pasta to brown for 5 minutes or so. Check the bottom for brown crunchy parts. The heat of the pan plus the olive oil will create a crust on the pasta. Give it one good mix then let it cook again without touching it for 5 more minutes.

Serve to adoring fans!
