6 Carrots, peeled clean, then peeled to the core
Chick peas, 16 oz can, drained and rinsed well
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano
Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
Mix peeled carrots and all remaining ingredients together and serve!
